Flash cards

The idea of using flash cards is having small chunks of information like a word, a phrase or a sentence that prompts or triggers something in your mind that will open the gates of more information. This means that you need to be using these trigger words or signposts to associate with sets of information. For example, let’s say the signpost is ‘ELEMENTS OF A CONTRACT’. You have this written on your flash card with big font size using a permanent marker. On the back side of the card, you list the elements of a contract such as agreement, intention, consideration and capacity. In some cases, formalities have to be observed. For example, if it is a sale of land, it has to be in writing
