Monday can be a drag. I know that the feeling because I've been there. Later on, I realised that I could do some tricks to ease the pain. I spread out my study hours throughout the week including weekends even if it meant only an hour per session. I made it part of my daily routine. It doesn't need to be intense study everyday. I just needed that hour taken out of my day so it becomes part of my system. By doing this, I tricked my brain into believing that Monday is not any different from Saturday or Sunday. I still do the same hour of studying.
