The third constraint is your health, both physical and mental. Let's start about the mind and things you can implement straight away.
When you feel exhausted, tired, hungry, angry, sad or any feeling that you are not capable of absorbing any more information, save your work, close your laptop, get up and do one or more of the following. There is no point sitting there trying to stick more information in your head that you are not able to absorb.
- Have an early lunch or dinner;
- Go for a run;
- Get a chocolate bar (dark chocolate if possible).
The idea is to release endorphins in your bloodstream minimising the unhealthy ingredient. Endorphins are hormones that can inhibit pain and produce euphoria.
